Some people may wonder whether global LLM companies are afraid they will never recover their costs while losing money. In reality, they are very calculating. As long as users genuinely find the tools useful and hard to give up, ugly short-term accounting margins do not matter much. Once the computing costs of the giants underneath fall further, the math will start to work. The same logic applies to us: do not stare only at immediate procurement costs. The key is whether the tool can truly become embedded in the business.
